Welcome to TourPASS, operated by Unlimited Biking. By purchasing a Pass or booking a tour through this site you agree to the terms below.

1. The Pass

A TourPASS bundle is a prepaid set of bike-tour credits. Credits are non-transferable, never expire, and may be redeemed for any eligible tour subject to availability.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Reservations are required for every redeemed seat. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour return the credit to your account. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the credit.

3. Safety & assumption of risk

Bike tours involve inherent risks. Riders must follow guide instructions, wear provided helmets, and acknowledge personal responsibility for their conduct on the tour.

4. Refunds

Unused Passes may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once any credit on a Pass has been redeemed, the Pass is non-refundable.
