Your Day's Itinerary: The Ride: Pick up your bike in historic Old Town Alexandria and enjoy a gorgeous 12-mile scenic cycle along the Potomac River. The Estate: Arrive at Mount Vernon, the historic estate of George Washington. Lock up your bike and spend your morning exploring the beautifully preserved gardens, stables, and expansive grounds. (Note: Mansion admission can be purchased directly on-site; please check Mount Vernon’s website for their current mansion restoration updates). The Cruise: No need to ride back! Simply leave your bike with our team at Mount Vernon. At 1:30 PM sharp, board the Potomac Riverboat Company cruise by Hornblower for a relaxing, scenic boat ride down the river, arriving at Pier 4 in Washington, D.C. at 3:00 PM. 💡 Useful Info: Departure & Arrival: This tour is a one-way adventure! It begins in Alexandria, VA, and ends in Washington, D.C. Please plan your travel logistics accordingly.
